Self-Exclusion Program

If you would like to self-exclude from Alberta casinos and RECs but do not wish to enter those facilities to do so, you can sign up at our office. Regular office hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 am-4:00 pm. (after hours sign-ups are available, just call numbers listed on AGLC Website:  :  https://aglc.ca/gaming/self-exclusion

Participant Requirements
 Access to a computer/phone with camera
 Email address/contact number
 Photo Identification – Driver’s License/Passport

Sign Up Process
 Participant will participate in a Webex info session
 ID and photo to be provided
 Information on the SE program will be provided via email
 Self-Exclusion Document will be sent through DocuSign
 Access code will be emailed
 When agreement is completed they will receive a copy that can be downloaded for reference
 Confirmation of program and local resources will be sent
