The PGRN offers 1 to 2 hour presentations aimed at promoting awareness about how gambling can impact the community & individuals.  "Adolescent Gambling and Problem Gambling in Alberta" addresses gambling among young people while the "Community & Workplace Presentation" discusses problem gambling as an addiction and targets adults in the workplace, treatment facilities and the community at large.  The topics covered in the presentations include:

Presentations are free of charge and are delivered by people who are recovering from their gambling addiction or have been directly impacted because of someone else's addiction to gambling and are willing to share parts of their story throughout the presentation.

The presentations are a must see for employers, health care professionals, students, teachers and other educators who are involved in gambling or deal with the impacts of problem gambling in the community or school.
